Cookie Policy
This site places only the cookies it needs in order to work. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies — which is why you never see a consent banner here.

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a site stores in your browser. It lets the site keep track of your visit from one page to the next. Some cookies are essential for a site to work; others measure audiences or serve advertising. We use only the first kind.
The cookies we place
Two strictly necessary cookies, set by our own site:
- seven-7-days-session — session cookie. Keeps your visit continuous, in particular so that the confirmation message can be shown after you send the contact form. Duration: 2 hours.
- XSRF-TOKEN — security cookie. Protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Duration: 2 hours.
These cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy directive and CNIL guidance: they are strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for.
What we do not use
To be unambiguous, this site contains:
- no audience measurement tool (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, nothing equivalent);
- no advertising or retargeting cookies;
- no social network pixels;
- no visitor profiling.
Third-party content
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map to help you find us. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies or trackers, which are outside our control and governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
If you would rather avoid this, you can simply use our address (10 Rte de Neuf-Brisach, 68000 Colmar) in the navigation app of your choice, or call us on 03 89 29 54 95.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.
Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents the contact form from being sent. The rest of the site — map, hours, contact details — remains available.
Changes
If we ever add a tool that sets other cookies, this page will be updated and a consent mechanism will be put in place first.
